I drive two cars. A fire breathing V8 that has horrible efficiency. Around 17 liters of premium petrol per 100 kilometers or 16 miles per US Gallon! And I have a very efficient electric car that actually has decent performance. I see the advantages with both powertrains. So I would be interested in an electric sports car! I think it's a good idea! Batteries are heavy though. I'd like to see a 500+ horsepower RWD Porsche Cayman Electric car. Maybe a 500 horsepower 911 (the engine won't be entirely in the rear as much, since the motor will be placed closer to the axle), RWD. The car has to weigh under 1.5 tonnes (1500 kg or 3300 pounds), curb weight with all fluids. Too bad Alpine isn't sold in the USA.
