"When it rains, it . . .

. . . and involve history as much as technical distinctions. Let it suffice to say a cal 321 movement has the same allure as, say, a Porsche 911S engine. Old school, way cool, and good enough for a trip to the moon. Given the choice between the two, it's

Additional horsepower !

I just added a Talbot Sport sticker to my front grill .. the car feels like it has an additional 5 hp ! In good company and with the smell of burnt 911 fuel I easily added another 5 hp ! Offcourse the 911 had trouble following the Clio ... ... but does it

Do I really want to move from having a collection that I wear in rotation to being a collector?

Am I willing to buy watches that I probably won't wear? What you see here is the first watch I have procured that I have never worn! It sits in the safe and brings me joy from there. I always think about wearing it, but it is so valuable as a collectible,

Porsche 911 Sport Classic 2022.

On a lighter car like an Alpine, a wider tire would add significant mechanical grip, but when traction breaks, it'll be super violent. Considering the short wheelbase in an Alpine, I would opt for a more conservative tire package. However, on a heavier ca

Porsche 911 Sport Classic 2022.

The 911 has so much camber on the rear tires, and the tires are so wide, that you have a large amount of grip. But because the engine is behind the rear axle, there's that pendulum effect. I can generally feel the Boxster or Cayman step out, and it's very

The dirty one !

I had totally forgotten (ignored) there was a 911 in my barn .... so I decided to start it up after it hadn't been used for over 10 months. No need to tell you guys it started on the first turn, these cars are Bullit proof. My friend from 'Glince' couldn'

A funny and interesting modern Alpine A110: The Ravage Groupe 4.

As usual with cars who have lines close to perfection, it is most often a miss when someone tries to enhance them (not talking about tec mods, only chassis lines and outer extras). Just think of all those fugly 911 variations that have been on the market

An old car …

An 80ies 911 …. A true icon. It doesn’t matter if it’s a coupé, convertible, targa or in this cas the rare Speedster. Actually it’s the only car a man could wish for. But times are changing (BS) 😄 … . In order to save our planet, our dear politicians have
