What is your favourite colour dial?

 By: Baron - Mr Red : October 24th, 2013-08:42
Do you have a favourite colour dial or just a favourite style of dial? Or do you like variation in order to spice it up? So, for this week's Wristscan, lets see your favourite dial...be it skeleton, a specific colour, something exotic, something unusual.....

Porcelain white...

 By: KIH : October 24th, 2013-09:16
.. nice collection there, Joe! From my humble HDD..... This pair popped up as my favorite color.... HAGWE! Ken ...

Thanks Ken....

 By: Baron - Mr Red : October 24th, 2013-09:23
.....I think if i was going to go for a single colour as favourite, it would be this.... .....the Rottweiler .... black and tan.... ...

Beautiful pair of GO's! [nt]

Lovely pair, Ken.

Among my favorites!

No hesitation

Mine is blue. In all shades and also in ladies watches. Best, Kari ...

And it is easy to see why!

Beautiful pair of blue! :) Best Blomman

I'm partial to both black and grey . . .

 By: Dr No : October 24th, 2013-10:17
. . . when it comes to dials, but there's one color combination that really sets my heart aflutter: black and rose gold. Silver and black dialed Karree perpetual with rose gold hands and markers . . . . . . complementing the rose gold case, and Black Conn...

Agree...

By: blomman Mr Blue : October 24th, 2013-12:29
Rose gold and black is a wonderful combination! HAGWE Blomman

Like peanut butter and chocolate . . .

GO is a killer Art :-)

It's the very last one made, Richard. G O . . .

 By: Dr No : October 25th, 2013-12:34
. . . closed out that dial variation after '04, but agreed to make one more in '07 for yours truly. Best, Art

How awesome is that!?

 By: -RWK- : October 25th, 2013-13:06
Lovely piece Art. I really don't get it with these limited editions and close-outs. Far better for the consumer for pieces to always be in production, but controlled by limiting the Nr made per annum. Best! -- Richard.

Oh! What a lineup!

By: blomman Mr Blue : October 24th, 2013-12:26
Fantastic collection, my friend! Amazing diversity! :) HAGWE Blomman

I love the colors !

. . . engraved black dials are fairly rare, and fitted with rose gold hands and markers scarcer still, but they're not impossible to source. A few have been posted over the years on the Omega forum.

Love the markers!

Such a nice watch! GEO

Besides the identical Connie with a white dial . . .

Their galvanic blue dial is superb! The two types of surface finishing make for a fabulous dial. Circular grained on the outer chapter and the vertical straight grained in the center. But then I'm rather partial to this watch! Cheers, Tim
