The Watch of the Week verdict

 

I hope you all enjoyed the theme for August and plenty of great entries were presented. Before starting with the WotW proper some additional shots that I believe need to be honored:


First of all Watchonthewrist with possibly the coolest watch themed beach accessory 🏖️👌🏻



Then Brauner, with the most athletic shot - his son jumping over him into the water. Matching swimwear for an added bonus. 



Then Yacomino with the perfect Negroni - while there is no wrong time for one, the beach or summer are certainly the right ones 😊👍🏻



Then Cazalea for his superb wildlife photography additions 👌🏻👍🏻





And JML for that fabulous fish and chips 😋



And Enjoythemusic for the best sartorial beach choice 🏖️👌🏻👍🏻



As well as a personal favorite - HS111 with a pebbly beach, very much reminding me of my childhood beach visits (still feel sand is a second grade beach material 😁🤷🏻‍♂️) 👌🏻👍🏻



Now for the winners:

- In joint third place come InHavenPro with his St.Gallen Horology ABR - not a beach watch as such but one I and several other members have been using as such for a long time now 👌🏻👍🏻



And Watchonthewrist with a somewhat surprising but no less enticing choice of his Urwerk 👌🏻👍🏻



- In joint second comes a watch that has water written all over it - the Doxa Professional / Shark Hunter, here from Cpt. Scarlet (extra points for the beachwear (although a mankini was promised 😉)…



And Abel, with a truly fabulous capture of the sea and skies beyond…



- Finally three shots and two winners this week, again the watch choice matches. Starting with Yacomino and his boat shot…



And then going on with Kurt_David and his action shots. 



Especially the second one. Very well hitting the theme 👌🏻👍🏻
