The chronograph is arguably the most useful complication we can carry on our wrist. Next week marks the 44th anniversary of the Apollo 13 mission where a simple mechanical Omega Speedmaster was used by Jack Swigert to time a critical 14 second course corr...  

since I just took this photo for another post in the Seiko forum . Seiko's "fastest hand in the world" was on sale 22 years ago - half-way in time between now and the Apollo mission ... then for something completely different, Cazalea ...  

But this is what I call a perfect time Nov 11 2011 11:11:11 It was shot at that moment, not faked. Therefore, I had only one chance! A perfect chronograph for me! Best, Joe ...

Art, this is really a pleasure to look at ! - your point of a " non-necessity" for a Chrono, is - as I would guess - probably applicable to many here; even more for eg: Flybacks.. Therefore, I truly believe, it must be another part of of brain (& heart) f...

if i remember correctly Nico, we did a speedy roll call about 4 years ago and got over 100 entrants. i know that wasnt all of the speedys owned by the forum at the time. we now have far more members so could we get to 200 in another roll call? i have 4 wh...
