Believe it or not, I took these photos on my iPhone; better photos to come next week.
I think Omega calls this a "teck" pattern, though I can't recall why. I was happy to discover that the pattern is much more subtle in the metal than in the marketing photos. It actually contributes very nicely to the personality of the watch, which reflects light in all sorts of really cool ways.
This model is just now showing up at ADs in the U.S. I was stunned to see how much more elaborate the finishing is on this watch than on others twice the price. There's also a wonderful display back, which shows the in-house coaxial movement. Although others can address the merits of that movement much better than I could, suffice it to say that the time has been spot-on since I bought this; other buyers have reported the same thing; and the power reserve is reportedly about 60-70 hours.
