i have a bottle of y'Quem from about 1890.
it was bottled in the 'whiskey corking method' for that era specially for a Reading UK based wine merchant. i bought it at auction for £2.00, did some research and now it sits as a display piece as it will be undrinkable. i must try the drinkable version one day.

A real "Caipiroska" requires more lime and sugar. A real Purist never orders one with Vodka but a "Caipirinha" (replace the Vodka by Cachaça). Then you have a hangover of solid proportions! Muito obrigado.
