Ahh, That photo was taken at Quay restaurant

 

during TM's visit. That is a great Burgundian Pinot, my favourite along with Chambertin , village Gevrey Chambertin, Romanee Conti . Personally, I prefer a great burgundian Grandcru to a bordeaux first growth. My tasting note from many years ago is still "etched " in my memory. Silky and supple with great mouthfeel, cigar box ,forest floor tones and a long long finish, DROOL.
