I be having a dinner at a friend's this Saturday, whats on the menu? Home cooked wagyu and home sliced sashimi. Have this crazy friend who loves Japan that he collects Japanese cutting knives for cooking. He loves to cook too. A humble watch collector with the following for his enjoyment. JLC Master Moon (his wife wears it now), IWC Aquatimer Jacque Cousteau, BR Power Reserve, Schaumburg Gnomonik. He is also an avid audiophile and a whiskey drinker so i be bringing wines Red and White for the meats and maybe a single malt as dessert. Cheers.

A real "Caipiroska" requires more lime and sugar. A real Purist never orders one with Vodka but a "Caipirinha" (replace the Vodka by Cachaça). Then you have a hangover of solid proportions! Muito obrigado.
