... my chopper with the meats and some gauchos from my team to deal with the "asado de tira al asador". Please remember to keep them always well supplied with some wine. They need it to make a good asado. I´m incuding the wine (they are not sofisticated) ...  

I absolutely love Chimichurri sauce and I will ask Mrs Scarlet to take good care of don Zoilo the Maestro Asador. We will clear the landing pad for Little Nellie 🥂
