As far as the Tjikko watch is concerned, it’s just a little, low-key
Manufacture shop in Cape Town, SA which does wooden cases from all kinds of woods; they just are putting simple Chinese Quarz movements inside. (Pretty reliable these are but nothing fancy at all.
In fact, you just can take out the “fitted-in” movement and put it into another case.
- I use this sometimes when I really dress me down, avoiding any “Bling”..
- Sorry for my long dwellings, but again - thought to simply
mention the background.
