This 1st generation Oysterflex ceramic everose Daytona, with βpinkβ dial and black chronograph hand and hour indices that were discontinued for a more subtle/refined βsundustβ dial and everose chronograph hand and indices. I believe this version will appeal to future enthusiasts for its OG sporty charm that harkens back to the Daytoβs wilder, outsider days back when only Newmanβs wife thought to buy them. Bonus point for how literally pink the dial can actually get in certain light.

If Rolex discontinues the red text on this Sea-Dweller 50th, it will likely take on new appeal. This particular model also sports the βMark Iβ dial, a nice asterisk to its future profile.
