All of them! Anything with a Rafale on an aircraft carrier is a winner from the very beginning but it simply does not end - truly impressive!

I will spend this whole week in planes. So, here are some photos and watches I love. I apologize in advance to judges for the number of pics, but I am going for quantity over quality: Breguet Type XXI. Omega CK 2777. Still 2777, loves flying. IWC Mark XVI...  

So quantity, quality and the right seat in the plane, too (left would have been even better)!

So I wouldn’t trust myself at this stage 😉 However landing on the Hvar airfield remains one of the real fun memories of the era. The grass was so high you could have hidden a tractor in it and it wouldn’t have been visible from the air. Good old days 😁 ... 

It looks like it belongs in the heart of Africa... Man, that was a rough landing, especially for one of my friends who flew on a little plane for the first time.

Vrsar is cool, too. Concrete runway but both short and with a drop directly into the sea at the end😁

A big military Sikorsky, bunch of bankers on it. Then we ran into a storm and there were a lot of green faces. It was pretty funny.

Until I saw the pilots, with a cigarette hanging from their lips, steering the thing. Then I decided I didn't want to watch that and instead focused on the puking bankers.

Sadly less so these last years. But it’s generally good fun. Who knows, if I have the time one day, I might go and learn to fly one myself...

I didn’t have access to my watch pictures (or my aviation books) yesterday so I had to do with an archive shot. I guess it would have looked even better with a CF-105 😊🇨🇦 The other shots to follow Sunday!

But sleep first, then going to the office tomorrow morning to pick the new piece up 😊

Too fast to focus! Or maybe at the -60 degrees C it was too cold to focus. But not too fast to eat & drink A day I will always remember. And I still have IWC rubber strap and adaptors for all my GST watches, but not the Mach 2 watch :-( INDULGE ME, I CAN'...  

This is one of the many things which I couldn't fulfill in my life. Regrettably I will have no other chance with the Concord! I'm happy to know you had this pleasure. I enjoyed these shots so much! Thank you! Abel

Reminds me dear memories as I had the opportunity to come on board the Concorde but not to fly with it unfortunately. My cousin was a former flight attendant and she had a chance to let me come on board one day. Not sure it would still be possible now wit... 

I do not have nay pics of watches with aeroplanes , or on aeroplanes or in aeroplanes but this watch is forever associated with aeroplanes ...
