Finally one with the right priorities ...
The watch works fine, no measurable change in everyday accuracy. The bezel ring is massively scratched, will not be entirely polishable, but for a laser treatment the watch is certainly not valuable enough. It is a scar made by life ...
My hand is a bit compromised by a dozen particles from the sharp-edged gravel and some abrasions, my ribs are bruised, but not badly, that's it.
