Tried these a few days back...
The salmon dial PCC is absolutely gorgeous, and pairs very well with the grey/blue strap.
Seems like this is the beginning of a capsule collection with Platinum and Salmon dial, possibly replacing Collection Excellence Platine..? It comes with special polished/matte finished logo, and the moon phase disc is back to being made of platinum.
The Malte cross patterned dial on the 270th Anniversary piece doesn't look too elaborated in-person, but I would prefer the traditional classic dials on such pieces.
The PCC is a bit too big for me though:

Yes it reads too large. I generally find this is the Achilles heel of the brand.
They need to go 36-37 for their dress watches. If IWC can figure this out then everyone should have done so by now.
They are generously sized. Although, considering they're statement pieces, it's not overly large.

I used to lean towards the 47112...
for being better sized for my wrist. But the 47212 has more wrist time. The sand blasted platinum dial is just stunning.
The ref. 5000T could be wonderful
but the dimensions are really excessive: 43 x 12,94 mm… The caliber 1142QP is only 27,5 x 7,37 mm, so I find it hard to understand why VC doesn’t make a smaller version. Best, Emmanuel

The 47112 comes in YG for Emmanuel, and it can be had for a bargain 🙂
The 49005 is classy and elegant...
but I think the engine inside (Frédéric Piguet 1185 with PC module from Dubois Dépraz) isn’t of the same quality. Looks awesome on this beige strap. Pic from Loupe This. ...
I am usually a big fan of most Vacheron Constantin watches.
But there is something about the dial of the salmon PPC that just doesn't look right to me, I think it is the oversized date and moonphase as well the too small day date windows and their position and to finish it off those are my least favourite chrono p...
I agree that the Day and Month windows are small on the PCC.
The date sub-dial, and chrono pushers are fine for me. Do you mean the 270th Anni Openface PC for with Retrograde Date? I would really like to see it in-person.
