my recommendation what to choose for present
Hello Jurry,
Since the originally vintage Vacheron usually aged significantly in appearance, I would suggest to look better for a 'young timer' like this Vacheron Constantin 15084 ladies model, manual cal 1052, from 1990's as shown below.
The fresh look would make it well attractive and easy to enjoy. The service would be minimal (cleaning, oiling) and inexpensive. Probably a pleasant surprise and a much better choice for a present.

i wouldn’t touch the watch if still running ok-ish. I like the charm as it is. Movement wise, a good watchmaker should be able to do a service at a much lower price point as V&C. Br, Dirk
