You're right, and you're welcome
I live near San Diego and Mission Bays, and near us are more than 10 launch ramps open to the public, plus a couple more for military personnel, and two or three more for private yacht clubs. Not to mention the lakes around here too! You have given me a wonderful idea for using up a sunny day.
For example, on Labor Day this lady was backing in the boat and hit the brake, causing the girl in the boat (who was reading her phone) to tumble out of her seat and into the fishing poles...
