not in some strict, numerical context. Obviously, we could all see how well we were doing throughout, and where tangible improvements could be made on an individual basis. Their team's 'baseline assessment' is simply the Combat Effectiveness Test from 5 to 25 yards (5 rounds at each distance) where 80-85% of rounds are supposed to simply remain in the 12" centermass circle. If you can perform that baseline, beyond that is simply fine-tuning skills on an individual performance level....
