Ten years later I was starting to work at Lambo and I asked shyly if somebody could give me a ride in a Diablo .
No one had time so one of the testers threw me a key and said: Lasciame probare la tua TT!
(I had one of the first TTs and certainly the first one in Italy)
I was so thrilled to drive it, and a couple of months later I was driving in a Diablo from Sant' Agata bolognese to Le Mans for the 24 hours!
Imagine .... it's 1989 ...
.... and your neighboor comes home from work ..... in this !!!!!!!!!! Fortunately , my best friend was visiting me and had a good camera ... I think this has been up until now one of the largest drooling-sessions for me (the other one being the Paris-Gyro...

... no ride for me in this one ... several years later my friend bought a 355 ... great car ... very fast ... the only Ferrari i got to drive ... as a passenger ... :-( ... luckily for me my friend is even crazier then i am .... Cheers Filip...

For me, this was my dream car growing up, and I got to drive one finally! The real bonus also was the passenger who I got to drive around for a couple of hair-raising minutes... Any guesses??? I have had the great priviledge and honour to drive a 1970 365...

I believe that photo is from Perth, Western Australia and was taken a couple of years back. The crash occurred outside the Windsor Hotel (a pub) and was witnessed by the Sunday drinking crowd. The driver was drunk and trying to impress the crowd. I think ...

Hi Luc, i knew i probably had to do the year over , so i didn't really care. So, they wanted to drive your Audi TT, and you had a go in their Diablo ? Cool exchange I remember i got to drive a very early TT from D'Ieteren ..., but i really wasn't convince...
