By coincidence we just finished our take away sushi at home and guess what ? We bought too much ... soo tomorrow i'll have sushi for breakfast smile.

Too much hype around the Nobu esque establishent. We have places where the sushi is first class but not innovative like Eddie-san. Bill

I'm pretty sure Eddie-san said that the flounder had been flown in from France! I did a quick google - I think "karaage" means whole-fried. Perhaps "Karei" is the Japanese word for Flounder? Best, CaliforniaJed
