:-) Art, it was one of those nights.

 

The sushi bar is in our neighborhood-- we could walk there in fact but the walk back may not be pleasant.  When we're there, we truly relax, and indulge.  Last night was no exception.

Too much hype around the Nobu esque establishent. We have places where the sushi is first class but not innovative like Eddie-san. Bill

-licious looking. And oh my goodness... everything was so artistic and colorful... I think I can even smell it... (lol, I cooked blue crabs tonight... that helped with imagining the savor... lol) It all looks so excellent! And Happiest of Birthdays to you...

I'm pretty sure Eddie-san said that the flounder had been flown in from France! I did a quick google - I think "karaage" means whole-fried. Perhaps "Karei" is the Japanese word for Flounder? Best, CaliforniaJed
