I haven't made it out to my local McLaren dealer; haven't even seen it despite it being less than 2 miles away.

I think the Sapphire black is a great looking color, but the final product on the car is always difficult to visualize; as I fear the car may look more black than blue. In your last photo with the color palette; I really like the third paint chip (from left), and I assume the black sapphire is the 10th paint chip (from left). The good thing is that you can't really go wrong with either.
