After voting, we cruised some obscure neighborhoods of the "Point" in the brilliant sunshine, and found a few interesting houses. The first one is most definitely a new, and high-class place. But I'm not sure about the mismatch of chimney brick vs roofing...
That first house has a lot of high end architectural details (especiallyto have brick walkway AND sidewalk, leaded glass, stone archway, brick and iron fence, etc), however, I agree... too many different stones, bricks, slate, etc.
You have to be careful of what you ask for .... this reminds me of the old saying popular when I was a kid, that "I can't drive my house, but I can sleep in my Cadillac" A different part of town... near where I grew up. But we didn't have Escalades then. ...
