Emrique,
You mention cost isnt an issue, but you dont give us any leads as to other priorities.
traditional? classic? modern?
quiet? busy?
close to...?
personal, attentive service? professional but perhaps a bit cold?
Park Hyatt is the business prestige choice; Roppongi Hills is a hip bustling place.
Teikoku Imperial is a classic choice if you are royalty or aristocracy, but otherwise might be a little stuffy and cold.
two of my personal favorites are the Peninsula and Seiyo Ginza. Great Ginza locations, discreet attentive service. both just exude quality and western levels of space.

At least during your stay try @ The Peninsula Tokyo, Ginza Area. I could say the service is top notch, room is huge especially if you re traveling with your spouse, , and opt for the imperial palace view, you wouldn't get disappointed. Rgds
