dont get me wrong Daos, i eat well, but i have to watch my weight carefully
as i cant exercise and 3 days of leftover cold lamb with all the stuff on the
side would put me the wrong side of 15stone very quickly. last night i had a
nice large rump steak with steamed veg plenty of cracked pepper and sea salt,
tonight its fresh haddock fillets, line caught of course.
i often have several chicken fillet strips cooked on the griddle, but then
i make gravy and veg to give me a one man roast dinner. i like variety so having
things left over isnt my kind of thing. needless to say i dont get bored
eating on my own.
