Bad boys the both of you!  smile  You should totally roast your leg of lamb.  I LOVE leftover lamb.  I cut it up into hash with sweet potatoes; slice it onto baguettes with jalapeno-mint jelly and brie for sandwiches; wrap chunks in pita with hummus, sliced cucumbers, and Greek yogurt with green onions...the leftover possibilities are ENDLESS!

Cooking for one can still be fun!  I treat myself all the time.  I drink (good) champagne from Riedel stems on a random Tuesday and have no problem buying fancy Plugra butter to spread on toast.  It's things like this that make life worth living for me.  I could drop dead tonight, so I want to live it up each minute of the day.  You should too!
