Just out of curiosity, what kind of avg/peak heart rate do you hit on such runs?
Wow, I don’t know how you guys do it…cardio is such a chore, and I’m just trying to get steps in with brisk walks.😔
But I desperately need to figure out how to consistently stick with it.
Remember that I could barely do a mile when I first started!
