This lovely 100% original full set 1675 was purchased from the original owners widow a long time ago. It was so exciting to find out that her Husband had been a soldier in the British forces. With his name engraved on the case back it soon became apparent...

And decisive. Also you have to take a risk every now and then. Having said that it was easier years ago not so safe now with all the fakes etc. out of interest was the EC 5070 a standard Dial on the G?? I’ve never understood why EC would sell any watches....

Also the dealer couldn’t confirm its authenticity, however when I inquired here on the forum, a lurking member who is a close friend to EC and knows his collection, showed quite serious proof of authenticity, but by that time the watch was sold... As for ...
