Tudor 7924 293 016 With moisture indicator!

 

I have to be fair with Antiquorum, they mentioned that most probably the moisture indicator was added later. 


Which is a mystery to me. Who did it? 

The insert is a later one, as it is most often the case for this reference. 

The dial looks like one from the 7928, not from a 7924, as the dial of the 7924 i normally bigger than here. 



Here is a correct dial and insert. Do you see the difference? The gap between the edge of the dial and the rehaut is thinner on the correct one.




It must be the distorsion of the plexy, though, so let's be prudent. 

But the story of the moisture indicator intrigues me a lot!
