Rolex

To all owners of Explorer 14270 or 114270...

Do you have desire to flip yours, for the new Explorer 36 (124270)? When Rolex released it few weeks ago, I had thought i'd flip my 114270 for the new one, in desire for upgraded movement and bracelet. But after saw many real life pictures and detailed spec, now the desire has practically non-existent. Some of the dealbreaker for me (all subjective, of course) : 1. 19 mm lug width with aggresive tapering (19 to 14 mm). I love the 20 mm lug on the old 114270, it compensate the somehow small case size. 2. Beefier baton markers, numerals, and text. All make the dial more crowded and less "refined" . 3. Slightly more beefier lugs (the line from flank to lugs is more straight, whereas in the 114270, the line is more curved and elegant). Besides, the caliber 3130 on 114270 is more than robust and accurate for me. It ran flawless, and it just came back from full service by RSC. The only downside of the 114270 is the bracelet, but since this watch is a strap monster, I prefer it on straps anyhow. Does anyone of you decide to upgrade?
