The dial is even more spectacular live It was a special release earlier this month made to commemorate their relation to the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.

I suppose quite rare but Rolex is quite secretive with these details.

For me I had to pay as well unfortunately before it was mine

But a slight premium to the standard DD is a fair approximation

How did the allocation happen? Any connection with the orchestra, industry, ... ?

I am not familiar with the process Rolex and/or AD goes through so unable to shed much light

So did you ask for the watch or did they simply call you that it was available?
