Not bad! Different but not bad!

With the sole exception of the silver dial -- these new versions are a huge swing and a miss by Rolex.

They had/have a bright red dial that looks fun and I think a better value

all the colors are great, really. the coral is red/orange the turquoise is not exactly Tiffany Blue but super cute and kind of Young and Platinum look the green is great in person, better than on the internet the yellow is crazy, and fun one thing I have ... 

It's what I suspected: those OP41 will wear very large and flat. Must find a way to try them, though I like the proportions of the OP36 much better.

That seems like a solid colour to me but apparently only in 41mm, which is probably a tad too big sigh
