It seems to have been put together with more recent parts to make it look like the modern equivalent. ref 118138 For originality, I would also go with the more vintage one. Happy selection!

the size is perfect, pie pan dial & this is a non lume dial which is nice because you don't have to worry of a fallen lume plots so congrats in advance?

The "sigma" dial is called so because it has a lower case letter "sigma" next to "Swiss"

Without having seen any figures, I would believe there are quite a few without the letter sigma.

That should makes it more desirable to collectors. Also remember “sigma” was in play only during a few years during the early 70-s.
