All these vintage Daytonas are legends for sure, though this one not a PN...that would have been nice. But i hate to think the scarcity of a 6263 PN with punched papers and one prior owner. Ugggh.
Agreed that the purchase in 1988 does not imply prodction in 1987. However, my serial number does point to a 1985+ production, so agreed it should be with a instruction manual (ahhh, it suddenly came to me) that has Daytona on it, but as Jeff points out, quite often ADs would just give whatever manual was at the top of the drawer!
