My opinion hasn’t changed: I just don’t get it. And that’s okay, because there are a lot of things I don’t get, and there will be plenty of people who “get” and will want to get this watch.
40mm, Explorer-style numbers with a date, a seemingly random dial application, a see-through back… 🤷🏼♂️
The cohesiveness of the wonderful Oyster Quartzes here highlight how uncohesive and incongruous this latest effort is.
And the name is a little goofy too.

Just not big on the dial. if they end up releasing dial variations in the future, I think I'll get one. IMO the movement is extremely cool to boot.

Really fascinated by the movement but not so much the dial. Hopefully they use the movement in some other dial formats later. Still a pretty cool release overall!

The case, integrated bracelet and movement are the best thing about this novelty
The dial is a big miss. How much is Rolex trying to fit on one dial? The milliseconds markers, all the writing on the dial, the textured honeycombs, the distracting numerals and minutes and hour hands that don’t blend well with that random seconds hand . ...

The 1530 still the best IMO.
The bracelet and case of land dweller is great. I will wait for the upcoming dial variations ..and hopefully a smooth bezel options. The hands are OK for me.
It seems that it would definitely look better with another dial.
