Removing Rolex Deployment clasp
Just after a bit of advice if I may. Have a GMT on a deployment, and also a tudor on a similar one. How do you get the pin out of the clasp?...obviously the adjustable side is easy, but the other end has a 'clawed' over bracket with the pin going through the centre...I cannot move it, tried pushing it out, but its not budging. Is it best to try to open the claw slightly or should the pin just push out with a bit of pressure?, maybe tap it out with a pin & hammer?
thanks any advice gratefully recieved!

Incorrect Jocke...I took a small awl and tapped it with a hammer and it indeed moved a bit, grabbed the end with my pliers & pulled it out the rest of the way. The pin actually has small fins ( for want of a better expression ) on the end to keep it i...
thanks

Thanks Jocke, I see what you mean...bit of an annoying design then really as I do change straps quite often and its obviously nice to stick with the orignal deployment. Dont know why they couldnt have just used a screwed pin really Cheers
