One of the visual differences between cal. 3000 and cal. 3130 is
that cal. 3000 uses a balance cock while the cal. 3130 uses a balance bridge. No-date Submariner Ref. 14060 was powered by the cal. 3000. When the reference was updated to ref. 14060M the movement was changed to the cal. 3130.
From your picture, I see a balance cock instead of a balance bridge and the winding bridge has 3000 engraved on it

I guess thats an improvement in the overall mechanism of caliber 3130 over the older 3000.
