... by some strage reason, the above text got all messed without separations between sentences, making for a very diffcult reading.
My original writing was Ok with well separate sentences, but after inserting the text appeared that way.
Tried twice to edit, with no success. Any friend here knows why this happens?

Well, I think this rubber strap is a bit too modern for the 1655.
Try a Tropic, my friend, if you want to use a rubber strap. There are also some nice Cordovan straps, or high quality Natos, which can work very nicely. A modern Oyster Bracelet is another good choice. Especially when the watch is as nice as yours. All th...
not a lot of fans for this strap...
.....will show when in the flesh...it actually handles it better than it looks on scan. I think the nato works really well on a number of Rolex...especially the Sub in my view. But not so much the Explorers.... maybe i need to try harder. HAGWE
I am not really a fan of rubber straps on Rolex's.
