Rolex

My journey with vintage Rolex

One day the vintage bug bite me, so I decided to try vintage Rolex.

So my journey began with a vintage 1675, next 16750.  After this, I admire the 1680 red and bought one as well.
Then I said I will buy a 6263 but which one? I finally decided, easy choice, the silver panda.
However then I learn about the little things.  Is the bezel correct? ah the 200 is an indicator.
Why is the one cheaper than the other, ah it used a replacement pusher.
Sometimes, some small things make a big thing in Vintage rolex.  I am still learning and the journey continues.
So I have decided to buy a silver daytona 6263 but I can't seem to find the "right one" and when I do find it, the price is high.
Once a US dealer told me, I will sell you a perfect example and already agreed on the price.  Two days later he said he found some imperfection so he is not selling the watch anymore.
One day, I notice a nice 6263 watch and it has a nice dial which I like, a sigma / red daytona combination.  It's not the silver variety though but the condition and the price made me say ok
I hope to find a nice 6263 panda dial one day, but this I will cherish and wear first.  Onwards to my next watch journey.
