iconic rolex?
I am sure this question has probably been asked before but was wondering if there is a general consensus on this forum as to what the most iconic Rolex would be. I currently own a WG day date , ss gmt ceramic bezel and a white dial ss daytona. I have owned two turbographs and traded them in for the daytona.

Iconic is very relative.
For some, it is a Jean Claude Killy, for others, as Paul Newman, or a 6542, or any Big Crown... A DRSD MAK Patent Pending may well be considered as an Icon, as well as a 5517... For me, nothing can beat a nice GMT, from the 6542 to the 1675. Or a nice Tud...

By popularity, A Datejust? By sport model, Submariner? By celebrity, Newman Daytona? By movie, Bond Big crown Sub? By rarity, Killy, Milgauss? By military, the 5517 or even Panerai Militare from the 30s/40s? and there's the Sir Hillary's Explorer 1, PanAm...
