Ask for advice on the new 2017 white gold ceramic Daytona 116519LN

 

Dear All,


I have purchased a 116519LN during my trip in Germany at a prestigious AD.
The joy of acquiring a new watch was soon offset by the surprising discovery of damaged screws and screw holes at the clasp (where connected with the Oysterflex bracelet).
The watch was still in its plastic sticker at the the store and there was no need to change to the different size bracelet as it fits my wrist well.
Therefore I did not particularly check the screws of the clasp as I would assume the watch is in pristine condition.
I just checked the chronograph function and paid.
Certainly I haven't touch the screws by myself, as I don't need to do that.
The watch has been brought to Rolex Service Center of Hong Kong and they suggested me to contact the AD for a solution.
Regrettably the manager replied that the watch was not in this condition when it left the store and he could not help me.
What would you do if you were me?
