AD relationship
Not all AD are good and helpful. Nothing as dramatic as your issue, but I bought a Batman from an AD in Cannes, and when opening the box at home, I discovered the overbox in carton and the vezel protectors were missing. I wrote to the AD and Rolex who confirmed these items are for transportation not for the customer...they should have send them to me by post instead of arguing the toss, makes you have a bitter taste from your purchase, shame. Good luck to resolve your case
