Rolex

Really in a tough position, as I see it.

If the watch was still in plastic there was no reason to believe the store removed the screws as you have stated. They also have looked into it and feel the same. The strap can be adjusted within the clasp. The only reason one would remove the screws is to replace the rubber strap. which cannot be cut, with a different length. It would be nice to know if this store stocks the different lengths. I do not believe many, if any do. This looks like end user damage to the AD and Rolex. If a dishonest employee in the store did this, you are the one to take the hit. But, they would have to had stocked the other straps. Otherwise, no reason to remove the screws.

There aren't any easy answers on this one.
