I have sent an email to their general manager. But the first reply is not favourable.
A second email has just been sent.
Though I have no proof that I haven't touched the screws, it is not logical for me to try open the screw with non-professional tool, as the oysterflex bracelet fits my wrist well.
I would have done it with my loupe and Horotec 1.6mm hollow ground screw driver or even the original Rolex Ref 2100 tool if I need to do so.
