... Hello friends! I need some help... is it correct to find a reference 7149/0 Chrono with a steel bezel? Or it only came with the black bakelite insert type?

Normally 7149 is Bakelite.

Just check the model number.
They may just be mistaken thinking it is 7149 when really 7159. This would explain the steel bezel. Bill
