The Manager, may be, is not well trained from TUDOR. I had the same problem, it was too short. I orderd the longer one too, but this is too long :-((. So i mixed the short part from the short and the long part from the long strap. Perfect, but the strap is so uncomfortable to wear, after three hours i turned back to NATO strap.
TUDOR know nothing about leather and size of straps, and now i can see, they dont learn from their errors!
