I am a bit of a strap junkie myself. I change my straps often but even then I am very nervous every time. However, we are talking Panerai and strap change errors are not as expensive/possible as they may be on an RM. Having said that I still go back to the AD for strap changes on the RAD's with that weird angle and large surface to slip on. Still a little chicken.

I have a set of watchmaker's tools for changing straps, buckles and bracelets. The springbar tool is supplied. I thought there was something esoteric about RM watches that needed a special blunt knife I like the KISS principle.... Regards, MTF
