It's hard to predict. One could argue that if you want
to have a watch that will stand the test of time, you should
probably buy a simple men's dress watch, like a Patek Calatrava
instead of any Richard Mille, since RM is such a departure from
other more traditional watches. On the other hand, maybe
in 20-50 years the Patek Calatrava will look like an
old fashioned watch that will be seen as Grandpa's watch, and
a RM from today at that time will look cool and vintage of the
new modern look in wristwatches.

I like the original the most.
The black one is my second pick. I think the problem with the colored ones is that the dial markings are white and they make the watch look very cluttered. I'm sure they look stunning in the metal.

I saw a pretty cool one yesterday
Rose gold top and bottom with a black middle section and red crown. Not sure what it's called but it's one of the best that I have seen. I'm not much for the colored inner rings.
