Richard Mille Singapore
I would have expected more from Richard Mille Singapore.
The plastic bag is a bit odd, but the definition of the word "luxury" and "premium customer service" is changing. Some weeks ago, I saw a bellboy at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, California handling a very expensive piece of luggage without gloves. The Valet parking service at many locations in Beverly Hills are not wearing gloves and take liberty to roll down my window and change my radio station. When my car goes to the dealership for servicing, the mechanic's dirty hands touch my steering wheel. Bellboys used to wear gloves, Valets used to wear gloves, and my steering wheel used to have a plastic cover put on it.
At this rate, they'll be giving you back your Richard Mille watch with no plastic bag at all.
As long as the watch is in good functioning order, it's already something to be thankful for.
