Richard Mille

Have the same problem

In Dec 2008 I bought a RM005 Felipe Massa Ti. I confess, that I bought it from an internet dealer, but as new and it came with all the papers incl guarantee from an official RM retailer. 3 days later after receiving the watch I was traveling to a different time zone and had to setup the time again. When softly pulling it out I suddenly had the crown in my hands. I pulled it back and it keeps on working, but I can not setup the time anymore. It is still quite precise, like 4-5 sec/day faster, so it looks like there is no big damage. Of course I would not dive with it...

I will travel to London and give it in service through the only retailer there. I have contacted the RM office for Europe via email and received after 2 weeks still no response. I am also unhappy, that I will not be able to talk to smbd. in the Service to understand what evtl. happened. In a word: DISSAPOINTING!
